Log books

A sampling of my log books, with 3 new ones at the bottom. This is now back to probably mid-2017. I have workout records all the way back to when I started and have various formats - binders, full size spirals, loose leaf pages, small notepads, journals, etc.

Not intended to be rude, but has your progress slowed since that time?

NO. i was gonna add to my post that i quit journal cuz i was growing so fast it just seemed pointless. First 3-4 years of serious training i was nattie. Log book helped for incrimental improvements.
then when i hit the sauce growth was so fast journal seemed waste of time.

Once the growing slowed down was bout when i woulda started a journal again, but i got injured and realized i'd never have truly good lifts so trained to maintain or to not hurt my injuries more. otherwise, i think i woulda started a journal again.
