gh at 5iu/day
L carnitine 500mg with 4iu insulin pre workout

Very early days and could be placebo but definitely think the performance benefits of L cart are the real deal

Also started John meadows creeping death volume 2

So far so good

So a lot of playing around I have adapted a new programme utilising many of the discussed principles but making recovery easier (the arms and delts days)

M- Upper no arms
T - Arms delts (side rear)
W - Legs
T - Upper no arms
F - Arms delts (side rear)
S - Legs
S - Off

Option of dropping an arm day if needed


So fucking frustrating but gotta adapt things to suit me. Strict JP/DC style weight progression low reps fucks me up and gets me injured

Not advanced enough to do high volume bro split

Happy medium needed

Potentially yeah. Side delts and arms recover a lot quicker than other body parts and no real CNS fatigue so it’s plausible it could work

Off season I think could drop an arm day if you’re struggling to progress and everything else on point

Pre contest assuming you can recover even if you treat one or both like a mega pump superset workout or something I think it has it’s place

Just to keep some form of updates to this

Started my offseason under a good UK coaches guidance about 3 weeks ago

Up 30lbs which isn’t overly ideal but added in GH and slin. Give or take as lean as I was, BP still low, no lower back pumps other than looking like a water buffalo and lower leg pumps when doing cardio I feel great constantly pumped and workouts flying

Do you have a picture from 3 weeks ago vs now at 30 pounds gained?

That’s a large weight fluctuation.

Man I’ve been blown away by it every morning I step on the scale I’m like what the fuck is going on 😂 even checked the scales to see if they were working properly! I’m sure it will taper off soon and hopefully drop off a good bit so I can get to work on growing some real tissue! And thanks mate me to first real off-season and first time using hgh and insulin

Met with my coach today for some training and first posing lesson

Off-season condition don’t plan on getting any less lean than this

Weighing 270lbs currently

Road to my first competition sometime next year

Excited to see where I can take this bodybuilding game

How does your training looking like now that you started working with Ryan?
 
How does your training looking like now that you started working with Ryan?
I do all my own training then just run it past Ryan so he knows what’s what

Currently 6 on 1 off

Chest, front delt, back
Side/rear delts, arms, calves, abs
Legs
Repeat

2 working sets per exercise and about 2-3 exercises per muscle group per session

So far seems recoverable
