I use those small fat spiral ones, so each one covers about 24 months of workouts... Have them from the past 13 years, and this is the first one I've lost. Sucks for multiple reasons -- had 18 months of workouts/progressions/diets/measurements. And also had my bulking and diet cycles detailed in there to keep track of what I took, when I took it, how I reacted, etc.
I'm hoping a cleaning lady threw it out; hate to think someone in the gym now knows all about me. Not that it isn't obvious to most, but the "it's just creatine and some prohormones" line has gotten me past dozens of people over the years, esp the ones that knew me when I was 65 pounds lighter...
Anyway, just venting. Time to go buy a new log book...
