I was talking with a older guy i know that use to compete 30 odd years ago and we were discussing diets rhen compared to now , fat loss sups and things when he mentioned he like adding in 5mg Halo a day the last 6 weeks of his diet , he swore that it made a huge difference in getting fat off stubborn areas and helped lower cortisol levels.
Has anyone here ever done that or hward of that??
i know alot of guys like adding it the last week or two as its supposed to help hardness alot but ive never heard of guys taking lower doses for longer periods
