I have come to the realization that I dont have the genetics to look like a pro bodybuilder. So using a bunch of gear is pointless. I notice I can get the "look" that im happy with, with low doses. For instance right now am using 400mg/week test and 35 mg winny/day and am 5 08" 200lbs @ 9% bf. Which most people think is huge. I have run the gammot of higher doses/ 1000mg test per week and just got more water retention and gyno. So I was just wondering who else does this to keep longevity and health concerns to a minimum? Another cycle I use is 300mg test and 300mg deca/wk.
 
For me diet has been the most important factor. Years ago my dosages steadily escalated into the ridiculous range-enough to cause problems so I stopped and regrouped. I had thought my diet was good but in retrospect, it was a joke. I'm a tad under 6' and 250-260, between 10-14%bf(fat), depending on carbs/cardio/lazyness. Haven't used in almost 2 years now. Before that I did a few test cycles 5-700mgs and was getting great results--a drop in the bucket compared to what I'd been doing earlier. I was actually considering a cycle this summer but it's not looking good...Funny, the more I did, the less I could eat(=less growth). To remedy this I'd add drugs(=side effect city). Once my diet was on par and I stopped training too failure on every damn set, I realized I didn't need much gear at all. Good luck!

The 300mg Test/Deca ..those are doses some use for HRT.
 
I think it depends on what your goals are. My goal is to look like a ufc fighter, a big ufc fighter lol.
 
Common sense would dictate that if you can achieve the "look" you are after with a lower dose then there is definitely no need to go higher on dosages.

If you're happy with your current look, then continue doing what your already doing. the cyles you listed are pretty safe, just be sure to run proper PCT when finished. Make sure your diet is in check, BP is under control, H20 intake is always high, and routine/anual blood work also wouldn't be a bad idea.

if you think this way, then keep your actual roid intake and then play with diet/training techniques


that's the best you can do and it'll be costless IMO
 
I"ll change my diet or workouts before I change my dosages. juice for me is to expensive to get wasted
