I didn't make it the the level I personally wanted, but I'm definitely in the best conditioning I have ever been in. I'm excited to see what I look like dry and muscles pushing against skin in the morning when I wake up.

Thanks guys, just relaxing in hotel room now trying to get down as much water as I can..LOL
I have check ins from 4-8 this evening other than that just trying to relax and keep stress low so I can dry out good tonight.

It's funny walking around Pittsburg this weekend seeing a bunch of older jacked Men and Women Then seeing the "normal population" in that age group...WOW!

Damn, pretty decent class. I'm looking at top 3 or 4 both 40 over and 50 over class. The 50 year old guys that crossed over to the 40 class took over the 40 class. Milton Martinez will probably win both class's. He won the last masters pro show 40 and 50 class last year.
