Always appreciate your following and feedback. I forgot to post up my Post Thanksgiving/Christmas Turkey Sandwiches! I use a good crusty bread (Italian Sourdough Grilled) , add Mayo on one side , fresh cranberry sauce on other, line with leftover turkey, Stuffing/Dressing, Gravy !! Sooo delicious!

I will be doing a customized, 6 day bodybuilding program. Days 1, 3 and 5 are my bread and butter compound lifts; Days 2, 4, and 6 are more targeting isolated muscles using manual-weighted and Machine lifts for improvement of Calves, Abs, Isolated Arm muscles, hamstring/glutes/low back. I do cardio and core work 7 days a week regardless. I have to travel by car or air for my work and sometimes I have to get food for longer trips. I usually always ask for a Airbnb w kitchen or Kitchenette where I stay. Sometime that isn’t happening so I thought I’d leave a few tips on gettin snacks & food at the local grocer instead of eating out with other employees/bosses(clients of course meet up). I am feeling great and am trying to get my Rogue Studio Upgraded with some new items : Large , safe mirrors , lighting w Low clearance Fan. Also a decent upper/lower cable system. Rogue has a Spud INC system but honestly it looks like $30 worth of stuff for $200+ dollars. It’s an R3 Rack so, it needs to adapt(Titan doesn’t fit and I am not drilling into rack). The room is only 132x132in so , I don’t have a lot of room. I imagine 72-80” cables would be max length.

I am working for a new outfit and they have some really good looking employees,OMG! Gonna be hard (literally) to work and concentrate. Especially “ON”! I am getting prepped for this other job too and I have to cut up right after X-max which definitely wasn’t in my Bulking plan. I will do it for the opportunity and $$ but, my mind has been made up to bulk right after. I am going to drop off Para after I’m done with audition and add Deca. Para is sooo strong and even at 200mg is too much for non contest prep. Deca makes me feel good with higher test. I have luckily the longest nandrolone made so blended with test undecanoate and tossing in some orals at different times should be pretty low maintenance. My gh/peptide/supp schedule is a lot more complex and with timing but I have a great timer/alarm on my wrist that says exactly : what to eat/how much, which vitamin to take, which oil to use. It is great, especially if I was a forgetful person, but I am pretty on-point with tasking & preparing. I still get nervous at new jobs though , I guess it’s because I know what happens each time. The whispers and cat calls are openly obvious so I walk right up to everyone and formerly introduce myself and shake their hand, Covid and all(lol). Some get a more firm grip than others. It’s gonna be hard this time, trust me...you’d wanna just give them a big hip thrusted hug🍆👌! I’ll try and get a pic while I’m there. Idk what the hell id do if I had to work with all men; well, I do, I’d come home and pound out all the random sex thoughts I had @ work all day. I will be traveling of course and if I don’t log on one or two days it’s because they take my phone & watch while on the property. Kick ass and So will I ! Maybe I’ll get some too😆.

I have luckily the longest nandrolone made so blended with test undecanoate and tossing in some orals at different times should be pretty low maintenance. My gh/peptide/supp schedule is a lot more complex and with timing but I have a great timer/alarm on my wrist that says exactly : what to eat/how much, which vitamin to take, which oil to use. It is great, especially if I was a forgetful person, but I am pretty on-point with tasking & preparing. I still get nervous at new jobs though , I guess it’s because I know what happens each time. The whispers and cat calls are openly obvious so I walk right up to everyone and formerly introduce myself and shake their hand, Covid and all(lol). Some get a more firm grip than others. It’s gonna be hard this time, trust me...you’d wanna just give them a big hip thrusted hug🍆👌! I’ll try and get a pic while I’m there. Idk what the hell id do if I had to work with all men; well, I do, I’d come home and pound out all the random sex thoughts I had @ work all day. I will be traveling of course and if I don’t log on one or two days it’s because they take my phone & watch while on the property. Kick ass and So will I ! Maybe I’ll get some too😆.

Been doing good , eating a lot less calories but higher protein. Doing large meat portions, doubled my vegetables & fruit amounts. Everything is going great and I have been trying ALOT of new recipes along with my own; of course. My Golden Crust rice & my Kimchi Pork Fried Rice are my favorite but am eating my Botan Calrose rice plain w pink salt & rice wine vinegar only. I eat cubed, roasted crisp sweet potatoes 🍠 as my main carbohydrate souces. Just temporary until first week Jan. Then back to bulking . I finished my Christmas shopping(kinda) ; we all decided together and we each give a designated amount of cash to my mom and she did it all for us ! ✊ . Too many kids, too big a family to buy for everyone. Just being together is a massive challenge(impossible) truly, siblings are all married or almost married and that Means “in-laws”; so they have to go to spouses family too. I will be happy no matter who is able to show up. All about food , movies, being together and appreciative. I have been dating too! Buffet style! 😂. Getting A Bit Lean , still holding muscle. I wish my audition was now. I hate having to stay lean & diet for a job that I might not get...but I have a good chance. I finally found two “pump” spray oils for the Air Fryer with no propellants or Aerosols: Avocado oil and Grapeseed oil and am making a lot of foods with it. I can tell you that it sure makes my Teriyaki Beef , Pork , Chicken , Fish, and Shrimp Bowls & Salads sooo much better . I should take a picture of my salads ! You would laugh , they are the Family of 5 Sized ! Lol. I get 12 G protein just in my greek yogurt based “Hulk Sauce “ dressing. I’m at 300mg Test Iso w GH Split and am checking out gifts here on ASF. The mail is terrible and I physically went to the store yesterday to see the prices for myself. Lord! Not good. I found a place to get my ground wild vension & elk air sealed one pound packs delivered for $7.99 50lb min so I am gonna be eating mainly venison, elk, & bison. The places online were up to $28lb! Ridiculous.

Cannot wait to get back going on my program but think I’m in good shape and this will be kind good. I’ll start out my bulk lean but not diet lean.

Well I had an interesting day working, shopping, and training. My friends here gave me some great advice and some funny ass ideas/comments . Lol. I am burning off the calories no matter what I eat and I am cruising. Shows you how much you can do on low amounts. I will say that my past long term gh use(2yrs) has helped me everytime I drop to HRT or cruise. I actually feel phenomenal and strong. I am pushing my self through my weights pretty damn hard but it takes me longer rest periods in comparison(on Para).

Damn! Everyone is getting sick, Breaking bones, getting surgery/diagnostic tests...I’m staying fat away! Lol. I feel super lucky after two of my younger cousins broke their radius and another broke his collar bone within 24hrs! Hoping it isn’t following my family! I was extra mindful as I was training. I have a few buddies at the gym that you’ve all definitely seen or heard of at some point; one finally broke down and told me, “ He wished he hadn’t ruined his body by trying to be soo damn big! Btw- he is a monster in height and weight both! But, he got into the fillers/site injectables and really messed himself up. That and being a literal giant in height and an ugly mug doesn’t help. Of course I do not care about his downfalls and look to him for advice and warnings. He told me: Don’t get caught up chasing size, don’t use multiple insulin’s and think your whole body isn’t gonna grow(waistline), try to stick to basics(although he did admit that very high(IMO) Hgh blasts along with proper b/g and thyroid control makes every difference in the world...Humalog, Lantus, all that stuff (which of course I think about and plan). He said to never inject fillers(even hyaluronic acid temporarily) he said it is addictive because it is instant and gives you a crazy, good look at first but , almost every single person gets “weird lumps” “scar tissue” “infections” and end up uneven and sometimes make very poor decisions. I took it all to heart and then of course pushed the envelope on using micro dosing of Long acting Lantus ; others. He said if it was just enough to keep B/G levels okay, then by all means, but that GDA’s and sometimes metformin or GLP-1’s/peptides should be enough unless you are a pro going for it. I pumped him back up because he seemed sad. I will say this : “ I’ve seen a lot of pro’s and guys well on their way” some have that look and some look like Dwarfish(not meaning just short but that mega mass with blocks), they have gaps in teeth(super bulk hands & feet , that from acromegaly) I would think a good surgeon : body, face , maxillofacial surgeon could fix a lot of it (as they did with a lot of females BB’s but, the problem is, they are broke or just middle class and have families. It did not change any of my goals but, I am sure it will affect future decisions on compounds and “how much do I really need vs How much do I need to train/diet harder or for more years?” It was kinda cool that he trusted me enough to be open. He commented on how good I looked and have a good future; I think he was actually worried that I would make his mistakes(and I definitely could have after seeing Six Bicep filler shots on one side of a Guys arm before a show! Omg! Insta growth! I won’t though. I cannot stand the 20 something girls already on fillers and Botox so I am not going there. I did read up on Kybella®️ for gyno and minor fat cell cyto-death. Shit! If the generic stuff works, it could save $3-$5k in surgery! I wanna know if anyone here has ever used this injectable on gyno before or stubborn fat (just in case) because the before & after photos of double chins... gone! Full on Man Boobs....gone ! But the Plastic Surgeons charge like $1800 per visit and depending on situation, it could take 4-7 visits! I saw kits of a known brand(Allergan) for $350 (of course not here in the US) but it is Deoxycholic acid, also known as cholanoic acid(bile acids identical to the ones we produce) that literally make your own body absorb the fatty cells and you urinate them out(similar to Mesotherapy) sometimes mixed with phosphatidylcholine. They call it “Cytolytic” action. It’s been approved for Submental fat (double-chin) since 2015, but Sports And Plastics surgeons are using for Gyno knots/lumps and stubborn fat areas successfully. Working super long hours daily almost ED! It is super busy(multiple jobs)lol. I did get to meet some interesting women and one guy the other night(designers/crew people) for someone you guys know. Anyhow, I was just doing work, so I didn’t get to meet the actual famous person but it was still rad, anyway she’s married and older(no chance) lol! My body is hard as granite and I hope it’s good enough to land this job. If not, I still have plenty of other stuff but I do want it. I usually make my own mixes of raw ingredients, but I’ll give em a go since they have taken time & care to upgrade & design a better line. If I don’t see improvements after 2-3months, I’ll go back to my less expensive products(besides Clear Muscle (only BetaTor & Muscletech sell that particular form). I compare it to being as valuable(more actually than Creatine). If it doesn’t work, I drop it. I do use it for a long period and track all my stats so I can tell not only physically/mentally “by feel” but scientifically as well. Yolked(Fortetropin®️) has been new for me and it actually was made for Animals first. There is a product for Dogs & Cats Approved prescription- Entyce®️; which is Capromorelin that I want to try@ 30mg 2-3x a day. It raises ghrelin, and gh/igf-1 levels helping humans and animals eat & gain weight(approved for my Wonderful Dog & Cat).

Well my friends ! Today is Friday !! Yahoo 🤙🤙. I have a birthday party to attend and I helped give a “food theme” for it, with some of my family recipes. My lil sis and her boyfriend are making Italian Meatballs, My favorite Risotto (22 min) perfect ! She’s been to Florence with me and we took a class with my mom when we were younger, there is no rice dish(I hate even saying rice(in its own league) . Huge antipasto boards, with all my favorite cheeses , Italian meats (Iberico Ham, prosciutto, Soppressata , Coppa Cola, Buffalo Mozzaralla , Prosciutto& Ham Stuffed Cherry Peppers , plus Arancini and She baking all the Sub(Po’Boy) Bread herself and sad to say, but my lil Sis is waaay Better than next at Baking, Deserts, Ice cream & all that area of cooking . They come out super airy , perfect exterior !! Almost like Bahn Mi Bread. Damn , people been talking already trying to say , “ I have a new girlfriend”. I hate IG and females that live there, lol! Any thoughts on beberine? I can get it cheaply otc here and have read good things about it, but never heard any first hand reports from athletes. Also excellent girls being posted the last few updates.
Yes. 98–99% Berberine HCL is great. I’ve had metformin and my GDA blend controls my B/G way better without the sides. Of course Big Pharma is patenting all kinds of berberine and chitosan(shrimp shell) in new specialized drug delivery and increased absorption & bioavailability now. Definitely makes a huge difference on company ; wanna make sure it is US owned and they have Lab Analysis report. About 90% of the brands I checked on Amazon could not provide that info or were just Chinese cheap ones with a Fancy label and Amazon has started pushing some “bad, low quality brands” and I wondered why....turns out that they buy a lot of the companies that are starting to sell big amounts. 4.Toniq (Chicago owned)
4.Solgar (but had issues w their 185x circumin liquigels which were stuck together) so I don’t use anymore.

I use almost all raw API powders now, some like, OptiMSM®️ are large registered ingredient that has been made, purified, massive testing, and of the highest quality. Bergstrom Nutrition(Bergstrom Family) makes it, sells as their single API ingredient to 100’s of other companies products to put into their line, and I was lucky enough to tour their facility in-person. Had full sterile outfitting, goggles, foot projecting gear. It was quite impressive seeing how large the facility and amount of employees they had to make their pure MSM from DMSO. Some products I still have to buy that aren’t available in bulk, but almost all are.
