When did you start lifting weights?

I first strated when i was 14.. with bodyweight stuff - full body. I first got into full free weight split style training at 18. 10 years ago.

Why did you start/ what inspired you?

I first started doing pushups to cover what i considered a pigion chest! It progressed to simply becoming more muscualr after i saw that i had a physique that was better than all my (untrained) friends. A natural Meso-Ectomorph :)

What kindof gym do you go to?

I currently train at a large chain fitness club. it isnt ideal, is far from actually - but it is cheap and it is in the absence of a BB/PL gym that is in a distance commutable by myself.

Training partner or no?

Nope. Never really. I sometimes train with a friend, rarely though. I like to get a spot occasionally but i use other intensity techniques than forced reps usually due to training alone so often.

Favorite supplement(s)?

Whey, Casein, Creatine, Maltodextrin, Powdered oats, HMB, Ribose, Fibre(husks), AAS.

Why?

I use them for a start! But i believbe in performance enhancement in order to be the most muscualr competitor one can be - in this sport at least.
I am in the camp of AAS being used in all sports where they are desired - it would make competing much fairer.
Imagine how bitter you'd be if you competed naturally in a show where the winner was juicing and got away with it? Very.
This is no issue in untested BB events.

Currently my favourite is probably between Delts, Chest and biceps. It changes very often and is actually not something i get hung up on much, i enjoy upper body more than lower - but still enjoy lower. i am lucky i guess!

Whats your best lifts (max)?

Bench 270lbs approx.
Squat 315lbs below parallel
Deadlift 395lbs

Best dieting aid?

I dont often use stims to diet, i only have needed to drop a couple lbs as i never put on much fat - but i will need to cut relatively soon (about 14% now) and i will use albuterol and a little ephedrine with anabolics of course.

What kindof cardio do you do?

I like walking and jogging..

What do you wear to the gym?

I wear tracksuit bottoms, jogging bottoms or three-quarter tracksuit pants.
I also wear a plain vest or basic t-shirt. I sweat a fookin ton and would honestly pass out if i wore sweats!

I have an ipod which i use during cardio sessions only - i listen to music but often i listen to bodybuilding and fitness podcasts.
During lifting i cant have music in my ear.. i dont like the headphones on me when focusing and i cant hear sh*t when i am in a set anyways.

Nope. i will be competing in BB shows.. next year is a loose goal, the actual goal is a physique one.

What are your future goals?

To compete in the under 95kgs. As i am currently 90kg(200lbs) and 14%.. i need to add 15-20lbs muscle (and of course drop the fat) to achieve that.
I have recently begun to play with competing before that goal, as i am in ok shape now - and i think if i added 10lbs of dry muscle and dieted, i may do ok - even if not it is all learning experiences.
I would get asked if i trained when i was 140lbs.. i looked trained even at that weight - so 200lbs looks very muscular on me even at 14%. 200lbs <5% would be nothing short of awe inspiring! ;)

What keeps you motivated?

How far i have come, and how far i have to go! I look in the mirror and see the bodybuilder i never thought i could be... yet i still see flaws that are far too great to accept!
I dont want to be "big" anymore - i will get bigger of course, but it is more that this is just an eventuality that will come from building muscles that are huge.
Magazines motivate me, as do videos and forums, and talking about training, diet and supplementation of all levels.

Basically i am always highly motivated.. being able to find motivation the majority of the time, the rest i have learned to be strong enough to force the work.
I find the hardest obstacle in motivation is forcing rest.. then coming back also! both i struggle with - but complete successfully tho
