Tren A at dosages above 500mg a week, and Eq. Both cause my anxiety to spike to the point where the side/benefit ratio isn't worth it.
Using AAS can be a mental game for sure, I would love to know how some pros can be so level headed running certain compounds at very high doses....that alone shows how dedicated they are to the sport. If you're worried about those kinds of negative mental sides, it's best to try and avoid things like tren , possibly eq , and Halo. Test will make you feel great, and when combined with some GH is like putting icing on the cake.
You'll hear a lot of experienced guys preaching about bloodwork. Some may think "oh I don't care about that, I don't run high doses," but the reality is these guys know that estrogen and thyroid levels can actually affect your mood/mental health.
