I always hold water on any type of long ester test, especially anything over 750. I'm at 500 now and still holding a decent amount of water even with low carbs. Some guys are just so lucky lol
Have you heard of aromatase inhibitors?

I am going to have to try that with the orals. That's what I do when I cut, but never lean bulk which is what I'm doing now. I knew a guy that would front load 2cc of test eod for 2 weeks. I would bloat so fast. I always hold water on any type of long ester test, especially anything over 750. I'm at 500 now and still holding a decent amount of water even with low carbs. Some guys are just so lucky lol

How's your blood pressure? I retain quite a bit of water from gear but I'm holding significantly less now that I'm on Lisinopril. The fact that I don't moonface during a bulk anymore is pretty damn spectacular.

It's slightly up. Friday it was 138 over 88. It could be from the msten. I just added 5-10mg of cialis

proviron, adex, less salt in food, less carbs and some cardio should do the trick ....but no matter what u do during a bulk or any calorie surplus you will hold some water on test or other wet bulkers

lisinopril is an ACE inhibitor used mainly for hypertension, do you use it for medical reasons or as an addition to the cycle to combat blood pressure and water retention ? i get the moon face too no mater what i do and would love to find a solution.

I dont add salt to any of my food. I took my pink salt out of my intra and my carbs I keep pretty low. I'm at 262g and won't go past 300. Im using adex, but I am about to add a lose dose of masteron to see if it helps. I've never used proviron. I know bloat is part of the game

Have you tried eating MORE salt? Because the body adapts and when you eat too little of it, you can actually hold more water than if you'd ate more of it. Especially if you also drink a lot.

No I haven't. I was using a teaspoon if pink salt in my intra. Then I went down to a quarter. Now I am using nothing. Only added sodium I get is sugar free ketchup and bbq sauce

Try it for a few days (but give it a few days since it might get worse initially). BB'ers often shy away from sodium resulting in not only more water retention but also lack of pumps. It's important if you drink a lot and sweat a lot, trust me.

How much salt would you suggest I add? To all my meals or just meals that I eat chicken and turkey? 5 of my meals are chicken and turkey

Just pour some over your chicken and turkey but try to keep it somewhat the same from day to day. No need to measure.

I agree with upping the salt and keeping water high. Most bodybuilders I see have elevated potassium and lower sodium on their labs. This can cause a whole plethora of issues.

Quit worrying about the MG of sodium and just season your food to your liking. Trust me, nobody who looks the way you want to look is worrying about the MGs of sodium they consume.

Quit worrying about the MG of sodium and just season your food to your liking. Trust me, nobody who looks the way you want to look is worrying about the MGs of sodium they consume.

I dont know a single BBer who pays attention to their sodium OUTSIDE of their final week or two of precontest. Stop stressing over minutiae.

Keep it in for sure. I'm not big on measuring out these things, I mostly do one or more teaspoons.
