Mk 677 and insulin sensitivity

I noticed all posts about MK 677 are a bit old ..
I wanted to hear from people that tried or still using it about the affect on their blood glucose. and insulin sensitivity ..
Is it dose related? is it only in the beginning ? what is the length of times experienced running it?

I started a couple of weeks ago , and feel great help with nagging injuries already , moderate bloat with increased sleep quality and appetite .

Anything which increases GH and IGF-1 levels has the potential to decrease insulin sensitivity and increase BG levels. However, MK is nowhere near as extreme in this regard as higher-dose GH. From what I have seen, it's effect on insulin sensitivity appears to be equal to roughly 3-5 iu of GH per day (when using 25 mg of MK daily).

If this happens to increase your BG levels into a range you are not comfortable with (starting BG levels will have a lot to do with what kind of increase is deemed acceptable), you can easily counter this effect with berberine or metformin (I prefer berberine, personally).
