MT1 safer than MT2? cancer risk etc

How severe is the cancer risk of MT2? And is MT1 significantly safer?

Both have been in use since 1981 so 41 years later. Is there reported carcinoma or melanoma? I'm asking because I seriously don't know. But they seem pretty benign to me.

Exactly.

If you are worried about a cancer risk it's probably best not to use 2mg per day

Standard doses and I don't see an issue. Once you have a tan you can easily maintain it on 250mcg 1-2 times weekly.
