To be honest Zerati I think the best you can do is a combination of what SothernMuscle and tren_plz recommend.i take mtren at doses ranging from 500mcg - 1.5mg several times a week as a preworkout And have done so for a few months. In that respect it shines due to the aggression, strength, and pumps. Feels like a mix of tren and a strong stimulant, most times with a crash after the workout. Just my personal opinion but i feel thats all its good for, a strong preworkout.
im definitely not an authority on the subject however so please report back and let us know how it goes.
Use the mtren as a preworkout (assuming you already bought it) so you can hammer the shit out of yourself in the gym and run a long ester test in the background for recovery and growth. Long term you'd probably end up overtraining but if you're looking for a 3-6 week push to trim up before summer gets here it would prob work. But yeah, you don't want to be taking that stuff every 8 hours and be counting on mtren alone for growth.
That and shift 50% of your breakfast and dinner carbs to pre and post workout and your physique should move in the right direction.
