Today I experienced a very bad cramping (Charlie horse) in both of my palms. I was doing a set of DB fly’s and it got so bad I almost dropped the weight on my self. When I finished the set my thumb kept cramping over my palm getting stuck in a weird position. It was similar to what the bottom of your foot does at times. I also get really bad muscle cramps while on clen? I am just trying to get to the bottom of why this happens to people? I have heard of different reasons for it. Lack of glycogen, electrolytes, sodium, potassium? I also heard L-taurine helps? Can some one shed some light on what exactly is going on in the human body to get these "Charlie horse" muscle cramps?
