Was hoping you folks could critique my diet, I added it as a word doc as the formatting went all wrong when I tried to add it normally.

Stats are as of today:
23yo
5'11
195lbs
11% BF

looking to add some good clean size with minimal fat gains. Training will be 3 days per week as BigA's training principles in the articles forum.
Cardio will be walking my boxer everyday for 30mins- low intensity
Couple of cardio sessions at the gym if needed.

Trying to slowly increase the calories as I dont want to gain too much fat. Yes at the moment 3000 is enough on average about 500 more than I burn. Gonna be bulking for bout 10 months and am gonna have to increase calories throughout so dont wanna go crazy. Im only 195 lbs:p

Also supplement with cod liver oil @ 10g ed, 3g vit c, 300mg magnesium, 30mg zinc, multivit, b complex and creatine mono. to add to food. LBA's hopefully when I have spare cash (hopefully next month).
 
wow, this was months ago, had me confused lol. Im gonna have to disagree with you for my body at my weight 3000 clean calories is enough to bulk as it will be more than im burning and more than im used to consuming. At 195lbs I dont need to have crazy amounts of calories to grow.
