Was hoping you folks could critique my diet, I added it as a word doc as the formatting went all wrong when I tried to add it normally.
Stats are as of today:
23yo
5'11
195lbs
11% BF
looking to add some good clean size with minimal fat gains. Training will be 3 days per week as BigA's training principles in the articles forum.
Cardio will be walking my boxer everyday for 30mins- low intensity
Couple of cardio sessions at the gym if needed.
