hey guys, my first post was grossly under detailed, my apologies again. I took your advice and this is the diet i put together. This will vary slightly based on my work situation but not by much. If you could let me know what you think i would much appreciate it.
meal 1 - protein shake containing 46 grams of protien powder with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and honey with 6 scrambled whole eggs and a half cup of oatmeal for about 1300 calories, 90 grams of protein, and 120 carbs
meal 2 - 46 grams of protein powder in 12 of water with 1 can of tuna for about 365 calories, 70 grams of protein, and 5 carbs
meal 3 - 8 oz ground beef wth 1 tablespoon of bbq sauce for about 500 calories, 45 grams of protein, and 30 carbs
meal 4 - 46 grams of protein powder in 12 oz water, 4 oz ground beef for about 440 calories, 80 grams of proten, and 5 carbs.
NanO vapor pre workout for 180 calories
Anabolic Halo post workout followed 30 mins later by protien shake containing 46 grams protein powder and 2 tablespoons of peaut butter and honey for about 600 calories, 70 grams of protein, and around 100 carbs.
meal 5 - 8 oz ground beef with broccoli and 1 tablespoon bbq sauce for about 600 calories, 50 grams of protein, and 50 carbs.
before bed - 46 grams of protein powder, 10 grams glutamine, 1 tablespoon of honey in 12 oz water, multi vitamin and glucosamine. for about 400 calories 55 grams of protein, and 30 carbs.
total = 4385 calories, 460 grams of protein, and 370 carbs.
