Let me start with my stats,
age: 28
height: 6'1"
weight: 200
bf%: 11%
routine: e.o.d. back/bi's chest/tri's legs and abs with every workout
I lifted for two years before I considered gear. I tried different diets, workout routines, etc. and it seemed like I had plateued. After talking to a couple friends with a little more experience than I have, and doing months of research, I decided that I wanted to do a deca/Dbol stack. The site that these guys have been ordering from has a checkered rep (***XXLGEAR), so I was sceptical, but they swore on it's integrity. So, I ordered everything up. I started doing 30mg Dbol everyday. The pills were 10mg each, so pretty much one every eight hours. The deca I injected 300mg every week. After five weeks, I had gained no weight or strength. This stuff has gotta be crap. I know that Dbol has a very quick and noticable result, but I got nothing. I stopped the Dbol and am still on the deca. Almost into week six and still no gains. This will be the last time I order anabolics. I recently met up with an old friend that has been lifting for a while and is now competing locally. He has a good local hook up, so I'll go that route.
I'm considering straight up 300mg/week test E for 10 weeks this time around. I'd like to be 215-220, before I cut. I have HCG, nolva, and clomid, so that part is already covered. As for my diet, I eat 8-9 times a day, over 200g protien. No big carbs after lunch time, lots of meats, lots of green veggies.
What do you veterans think?
btw: Yes, I was taking milk thistle with the Dbol the whole time
