Nausea is a side effect for every AAS?

Aren't you scared that PPI's like omeprazole taken LONG TERM cause an increased risk for infection due to them increasing your gastric PH by reducing gastric acid secretions, which naturally help your body fight bad bacterias?

Not to mention the malabsorption of nutrients, mainly minerals like calcium or magnesium...

PPI's can be extremely useful, but I'd be cautious using them on a daily basis... :cool:
Agreed. This is why I quit omeprazole. I had to give up caffeine but at least now no acid reflux/heartburn and no omeprazole. I couldn't go without it, was on it for 3 years.

To the op, I get nausea like that on tren and orals usually but also would happen on heavy cycles. I would be like a pregnant women, sometimes I would look at my food and get nauseous. Other times I couldn't stomach my food. Lose appetite as well. What worked for me was getting away from anything that causes this. So no tren, no orals, etc. I also would get like this on heavy cycles, now I keep my doses relatively low. 300mg test cyp and 100mg mast prop weekly right now.
 
It is definitely a concern I've had and discussed with my doctor, but from what was explained to me, my body is constantly over producing gastric acids so taking the omeprazole is basically bringing me to baseline. I started having these problems in my early teens and there's a family history as well (gall bladder issues, kidney stones, acid reflux), so I don't know how accurate the statement is by my doctor, but I can say I rarely ever actually get sick thankfully.

I would like to eventually not need to use a PPI though, and I'm hoping that the previously undiagnosed food allergies are the root cause of my problem. I'm going to slowly start decreasing the frequency I take omeprazole and see how it goes.

I do one cup of kefir in the morning and another at night. Sauerkraut is a little more rare, like maybe once a week at a sub shop I like I'll get a reuben with some extra sauerkraut.

I eat some fibrous foods during the day, mostly just from veggies, so I supplement with a fiber powder as well. The species brand is my go to since it has a solid amount of insoluble fiber in it as well.

And you're welcome man! I really hope you can get to the root cause of your issues! Having been in the exact same boat and spending so many mornings getting sick, I know just how much it can suck the life from you.

How much kefir a day or sauerkraut? No probiotic sups?
Do you take fiber foods throughout day?

Also, allergy doc is next.

Definitely go with the kefir and sauerkraut. Fiber is very important as it helps elimate toxins so I would be having a good source morning and night. I am using Garden of Life's RAW Fiber right now. I would also add in some high anti-oxidant foods such as berries. Definitely avoid any toxic aas for awhile that alone should do wonders. I think all combined should sort you out. Another thing that is great for nausea is ginger root. It's also a great digestive aid, anti inflammatory and relieves loss of appetite.
 
Be sure you let orals dissolve under your tongue.
If they're caps open them and empty the powder same way.

Then swig something down, I just drink some water.
