i have never made an effort to try to lose weight.....to say the least i probably even have a phobia about it.....i would like to try to lower my bodyfat% while trying to retain my muscle size.....i am currently around 285 with 18% bf.....the bf consists in my stomach area and love handles......i would like to try to get down to 250lbs and go from there.....i have started doing more cardio but really need help with diet.....i believe i have been eating to much.....my question is to reduce bf% and get to 250 how many grams of carbs/protein/fats would you reccomend.....is there any websites to go to that show carbs/protein/fats value or books you reccomend......to be honest i really dont know where to begin with losing weight.....i need help......i am going to try to hire phil in a month or two....my money is tight right now.....thank you for your time and help.....
