NEED HELP......REDUCING BODYFAT

i have never made an effort to try to lose weight.....to say the least i probably even have a phobia about it.....i would like to try to lower my bodyfat% while trying to retain my muscle size.....i am currently around 285 with 18% bf.....the bf consists in my stomach area and love handles......i would like to try to get down to 250lbs and go from there.....i have started doing more cardio but really need help with diet.....i believe i have been eating to much.....my question is to reduce bf% and get to 250 how many grams of carbs/protein/fats would you reccomend.....is there any websites to go to that show carbs/protein/fats value or books you reccomend......to be honest i really dont know where to begin with losing weight.....i need help......i am going to try to hire phil in a month or two....my money is tight right now.....thank you for your time and help.....

Yes i would start by hiring someone who knows what there doing. It will cost you some $ but in the need it will be worth the $ and time. You'll save so much time getting someone who knows what they are doing here bro.

1. Find a solid set of macros and tweek them until your found a winner (losing fat / keeping muscle)....this could take weeks if not months to figure out by trial and error as everyone is individually different and these factors are always changing.
2. Find food choices that keep you healthy, energized, strong and efficient for your unique needs.
3. Eat when hungry to get lean, then eat when hungrier to get leaner.

1. Hire Phil now for $250/year, take out all the trial and error and get set up immediately dropping 2lbs a week while keeping your hard earned muscle.

Put it this way.. I have lost 30 pounds in the last 5 weeks!!! I feel AMAZING!! I will never go back to my old life.. The knowledge i have learned in the last couple months i would gladly pay 1000's for if i could...
