Hey, I don't have much of an appetite either, but use the blender as my friend. With pastuerized egg whites, protein powder, fruits, Peanut Butter, Macademia Nut Oil ....... as different types of things to put together. It's just a lot easier for me to drink my food than chew/eat it.
I hate anyone who has this problem and wish you would quit posting about it because it drives me insanererer. Hell I'd just up the dirt (fat cal) a tad and not sweat it. If your metabolism is so fast that you cant gain without an appetite stim. the added grease shouldnt hurt you. I'm not sayin chug crisco but eating 5k and staying halfway clean should be doable if you dont try the old chikin tits and white rice bullshit.
Let me elaborate:
- try 300 mcg og ghrp6 2x per day (the usual dose is 100mcg and doesn't usually induce "ghrelin" hunger sides ... But 300 will)
- EQ is known for boosting appetite, some test base is good
- try some n-slin ... I can eat my way thru a wall a few hours after slow slin
These 3 should pack on the pounds esp. if you are doing plenty of big compound exercises like squats, dead lifts, chins and bench presses.
will second clen, when trying it with a bulk diet I did notice a surge in hunger. I would imagine a low dose of t3 would also compliment the clen. the mega dose of ghrp-6, eg. 250mcg< also works wonders and in regards to b12, you dont need the injects, the cheapo brand 1000mcg or 2000mcg tablets at walmart or target at a dose of one tab a day should help.
