How about tricep exercises?
Close grip bench press I like smith machine. Than just regular press dwns. Dips on machine cause u can really get good stretch and squeeze and that's hard to do on reg dips. And 1 arm over head extensions. 2 hands you can't get as good stretch or squeZe I find and easier to throw up a 40 or 50 lb db than a 100 [emoji6]
