Excellent form and cadence.
Maybe i am wrong but he has that grainy hard look but doesnt seem to train overly heavy and low rep like most say u have to in order to get that look.
uh the coolest thing in the video: notice the digital dumbells!? NEVER seen that ever. thats wild....

he has certainly trained very heavy in the past.

just did 4pps on OH smith a short while back for 10 or so reps.

and he has a video of him incline pressing 225's for a few reps as well.

Check out how he trained for the last 10 years

He has always had good form and time under tension. Just now less free weights and higher rep range

Does his gym not have enough plates of the same type/weight bc both sides look different to me?

Anyway I always love watching his videos.

He’s awesome to watch. He brings excitement back to bodybuilding.

That’s Revive gym.
Bumstead and Ian Valliere train there too.

Cutler would do the same all the time. No immediate plates? Three 45's on one side; two 45's..a 25 and two 10's on the other. No time, or no bother to search. Same weight.

Apologies, wrong quote before.

This kid is great. Wonder why he has changed his heavy style of training... either way he is great for the sport. I just hope he can keep himself healthy as he is obviously pushing the envelope... which unfortunately is what it takes to be the best on this or any professional sport

They are not digital, they are Intek Delta's. If you look closely you will see the face of the dumbbell is on a self leveling spin dial so that regardless of they are held the lettering and numbering will always face northward.

Biggest reason. And then they’ve also given some rationale about separation and volumizing the muscle.

Nick is incredible. He has the whole package with the discipline to solidify it further. Those arms are beastly. He is a future Mr. O; how far in the future is the only question.

Will be interesting if true

doubt for several reasons

1. Nick said on Fouad's podcast that he was skipping the Arnold
2. Nick has said repeatedly that his focus is the Olympia
3. Why would Matt Jansen tell Nick (or any other client for that matter) "No"
4. Nick has mentioned that he doesn't pay Matt
5. Nick doesn't strike me as being so petulant as to demand Matt stop training other clients - when Nick doesn't even pay Matt
6. Nick has said repeatedly that he has never had a real offseason. Starting prep for the Arnold would cut into his offseason.

etc.

Trigili is the TMZ/Esquire of bodybuilding.

not as bad as Bostin and Leo, but still pretty shitty

This is trashy clickbait. Cabron has it right. Nick’s full focus is on the O. This guy is a genuinely good dude, while confident, he doesn’t have the ego or arrogance for this. Matt is a hell of a coach to boot.

Trigili is the TMZ/Esquire of bodybuilding. Soooooo true.
Also true, bodybuilders love our gossip!

It’s true, I heard it from someone totally unrelated who’s at Revive prior to Nick putting out that video.
