I'm not new to the iron game, but i am new to these boards on the net. I'm afraid I'm going to have more questions than answers right now. I've looked at quite a few boards and based on content I like the feel of this one.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what most of these posts are talking about, some are over my head; but that'll come with time I'm sure.
I would like to ask all of you something. What is everyone's opinion on DogCrapp training? I've read quite a bit about it, and the theory is new to me. Somewhat unsettling considering my Muscle & Fitness style *birth into the sport 5 years ago. I'm not competitive nor do I wish to be. I Just want to increase my lifts, feel better, and grow. I've never touched steroids, not that I'm not willing to, I don't know what I'm doing and am not comfortable.
