Well bro, it ia not what i was specting you know? Miami Beach is a tought area, people think is a money place but not, the people that leave there they are all weitress or dancers of bar tenders so they dont want to pay and is been difficult to develope my personal training bussiness, i am truing to bring the people with money but it takes time.
I am doing good contact with companys and i already have 12 clients but is nothing close how i did in Venezuela with 120 clients, the difference is our gym in caracas is located in a rich area.
I am thinking to build the bussiness from 700 clients we have write now to 1200 clients the next year and sale the gym to move more on north to a good family neighborhood keeping the hardcore gym.
The difference the people in Miami Beach leave alone or with a "boyfriend" they dont have sons ,so they dont bring you their family members or sons friends like happends in other parts like Kendall, or Aventura,or Hollywood. There leave you know the grandmother, the father, the mother, the sister has a boyfriend that wants to train to the granfhater needs rehab, and the mother of one friend has cancer and needs to train you know and it means satisfaction to your work, beacouse you are working with the people that need your services, and it means money to your bussiness.
Imagine the half of the clients i had in caracas (50) at 600 a month, 3 sessions a week. Cheap to the people and good for the bussiness.
