If you kno a GOOD tattoo artist or place, just print that out and bring it in.. A good artist would definitely be able to draw that up in the words that you want.. For most common tattoos they already have the premade stencil that they slap on you for the outline - but for more personal shit the artist draws it up by hand before, and they slap that on you..
A buddy of mine did something similar.. He saw a tat he really liked on a rock-star, printed the picture out, and brought it into a place.. They drew it up for him and did it up.. It definitely cost more than your typical tat, but it was a really big full chest piece.. But like I said, if you know a good enough artist, you can just show them a picture and they'll know exactly what to do.
Either that or you just start messing around in Photoshop or some other graphic program with all different fonts until you find something you like - and do the same thing, just print it out and bring it in..
