Some of both. Mostly raw with some rice. both sushi ans sashimi. Nori rolls not the calif rolls. All good healthy stuff!

Waffle House's Steak and Eggs ( Medium well, and over medium), grits, no butter and a large coffee are my dinner- sounds like break fast, but hard to beat for dinner!
