I got a problem..i didnt know if any of you would be able to suggest something i could do to protect my hands..
ya see..a couple of weeks ago i joined a new gym...everything is brand new and the dumbells and barbells are ripping up my hands..
Yesterday i trained biceps and went home 3 torn open blisters..this has never happend before..I'm training much heavier than im used to but i dont have the problem at my other gym
I'm really all set with wearing gloves..should i tape around my knuckles?? Can anyone suggest what i could do? Thanks all so much
