ok whats next for a good workout

hey guys, ive done the "big a" workout for about 8 weeks now and im not on a cycle so what would be a good workout routine for the goal of of beng in shape with good size. not overly thick. ive been working out for about ten or more years and have a nice gym at my house.lots of free wieghts. wieder club c650 machine, boflex blaze machine,boflex dial dumb bells, husky hip-leg sled, yukon smith machine. and i do the ab ripper x twice a week for abs. i just want a good 5 day workout:) any ideas would be greatly appriciated.
 
Why not stay with Big A workout ?
3 weeks training 1 week rest 3 weeks training ......
 
agreed... stick with the same routine..get a notebook and write down your weights.. every week try to beat last weeks weights by going a little heavier or adding more reps.. This will keep you progressing and as long as your feeding properly.. you should continue to see good results.. diet should not dictate your exercise program...
 
8 weeks is a good start.
After 4 or 5 months you will really start to see a difference.
stick with the same program if you want results - every 8 weeks
or so you can take a few days off or take it easy for a week
but only if you need to.Consistency is what will make the biggest difference.

awesome guys thanks. yup i have been writing it all down. amount of sets,reps,lbs,and if i got 6,7,or 8 so i can go up the following week. also, how it felt on the work set, strong, week or really strong :) :cool:
oh and heres a shot of my gym. and this is my 8th week with big A's workout. ive been doing training for about ten years. thanks again.

That's a mad looking home gym. No excuses not to train when you train at home.
