hey guys, ive done the "big a" workout for about 8 weeks now and im not on a cycle so what would be a good workout routine for the goal of of beng in shape with good size. not overly thick. ive been working out for about ten or more years and have a nice gym at my house.lots of free wieghts. wieder club c650 machine, boflex blaze machine,boflex dial dumb bells, husky hip-leg sled, yukon smith machine. and i do the ab ripper x twice a week for abs. i just want a good 5 day workout
any ideas would be greatly appriciated.
