I AM ON SABATICAL. I AM SHORT ON MONEY, SO I ROBBED A BANK. NO, I ACTUALLY SUBBED FOR MY BUDDIES P.E. CLASS! I HAD A BLAST. I ASKED THE HIGH SCHOOL KIDS WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO. (WE CHOSE DODGE-BALL!)

FULL COURT, 6 RED RUBBER BALLS SPREAD OUT AT THE HALF COURT LINE, TEAMS DIVIDED AND LAYING AT EACH END OF THE GYM UNDER THE HOOPS, THE WHISTLE BLOWS AND THE SHIT WAS ON!!! TOO MUCH FUN....THE ONLY RULE WAS NO HEAD SHOTS AND YOU COULDN'T GO PAST THE FREE THROW LINE. I AM 279 LBS RIGHT NOW AND WAS RUNNING, JUMPING, THROWING AND LAUGHING MY ASS OFF! I HAD FORGOTTEN JUST HOW MUCH FUN IT IS TO PLAY.

HERE IS THE PROBLEM.......THE DAY BEFORE I HAD DONE LEG EXTENSIONS, LEG PRESSES AND WALKING LUNGES. IT WAS A MISTAKE TO PLAY BECAUSE MY KNEES HAVE BEEN SWOLLEN AND SORE FOR A WEEK. IT FEELS LIKE BONE AGAINST BONE. I HAVE NEVER HAD KNEE PROBLEMS. THIS IS MISERABLE.......I CREEP AROUND AND CAN'T DO SHIT. I WONDER HOW LONG IT WILL LAST AND IF I HAVE CARTLEDGE PROBLEMS I HAVE BEEN UNAWARE OF. IT WORRIES ME A LITTLE. I DID THE ICE, THE ELEVATION, TRIED THERALGESIC, AND FINALLY GOT SOME RELIEF WITH DMSO. (THAT SHIT GIVES A GUY WICKEDLY BAD BREATH THOUGH) OH, WELL MY KNEES HURT TO BAD TO ROMP ANYWAY!
 
You'll be ok bro, don't worry, you are probly just VERY VERY sore. I bet it'll be gone in a few days. It's actually kind of an entertaining story. LMAO J/K..

Ul be ok, il bet the fun was worth it haha. Iv gone to my lil bros wrestling practice the day after and even the day OF legs and iv been fine, so i dont think anything could really be wrong unless u twisted it or something.
 
I've had it happen to my shoulder after playing catch with the football. Felt like my shoulder was AALLLL fucked up! It just took a little time, that was all.

go get a xray.. see what the damage is or if it is just imflammation..
 
I had the same thing a few years ago when I started helping with the wrestling club. Only it was'nt a leg day but the knees felt damaged the next day and the rest of the week. But I think part of the pain I had was due to my feet sticking on the wrestling mat and the rest of my body twisting some what. TERRIBLE AND DEBILITATING PAIN the next day.
IT GETS BETTER and I believe the majority of the pain was due to some swelling( for me any way). Keep us posted!

THANKS RAJIN. I AM GOING TO POST SOME FAT BOY SHOT'S HERE SOON. MY TRAINING HAS BEEN GOING GOOD TOO.....NOW THIS! JUST CAUSE I WANTED TO BLAST SOME HIGH SCHOOL KIDS (A FEW HUNDRED TIMES!!!) HAHAHAHA...THE FIRST FEW TIMES I THREW THE BALL I WAS TRYING TO THROW TO HARD AND THE BALL SLIPPED OUT OF MY HAND WHEN I THREW IT. WHICH MADE ALL THE KIDS LAUGH. LATER I WAS DOING A QUARTER BACK SNEAK THING....I'D HIDE THE BALL BEHIND MY RIGHT HIP, FOLLOW ANOTHER TEAM MEMBER, WAIT UNTIL HE THREW THE BALL AT AN OPPONENT, AND THEN DROP THE BOMB ON THE KID WHO HAD JUST NARROWLY ESCAPED! LIKE A DOUBLE BARREL SHOTGUN! I WAS A SWEATY BASTARD I CAN TELL YOU. :)
 
Get some cartalidge and put it in a petri dish and grow some more to put in your knee....or ice and wrap and elevate in a recliner. The only knee problems I have is a bit of arthritis. When I sit in my car for long periods of time, I get a little swelling and have to get out and walk around.
 
I JUST FOUND A SITE WHICH TALKS ABOUT CARTLEGE REPLACEMENT.

THESE ARE EXCITING TIMES! RIGHT NOW THEY CAN DO A LOT IT YOU DON'T LET THE ACTUAL JOINT (BONES) GET WORN DOWN! THERE IS EVEN A SUBSTANCE THEY CAN INJECT (NOT CORTISONE) INTO THE JOINT WHICH WILL HELP. I MAY JUST GET THAT X-RAY. ( I AM FEELING BETTER TODAY THOUGH) BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY I GUESS. :)
