Lately while doing squats or hack squat type exercises if I go too deep, like anywhere after your ass passing your knee, my knee has been killing me. It doesn't matter if it's my first set, last set or what weight I'm using it really bothers me. Do you think I should stop squatting all together and do some isolation movements for a few weeks to see if it just gets better or continue to do what is about half reps that are for now pain free?
