Perhaps the most intense, aggressive metal song ever recorded. This will surely give you an extra rep if you are a true metal head !

Exodus, with the masterpiece "The Last Act of Defiance"

Last Act is just so relentless from beginning to end, Exodus definitely outdid themselves with that song.

Just trying to throw up some stuff that is kind of obscure that I have for some of the metalheads to download to their players. There is (or use to be) quite a few guys into hardcore around.

Here is Brujeria with "Brujerizmo". The fun doesn't start until the :43 second mark, then it is 3 minutes of bonecrushing enjoyment.

In Espanol for our Hispanic brothers and sisters :)

mate,i could not train with that playing for to long before putting my foot through the speaker:eek: that tchno funk that ruhl trains to is thr bomb.

Another rare gem: Blessed Death "Digital War" 1 1/2 minute heavy, moshy intro followed by 2 minutes of brutal thrash. ;)

I don't know, to me it's funny to see a big guy who listens to Depeche Mode or club music, driving around in a tiny little sports car and that kind of thing.

I expect to see big dudes listen to heavy, powerful intense music and drive a '70 Chevelle.

Muscle cars for muscle dudes

Love the muscle cars, used to have a 65 Chevy Impala with a worked 400ci, used to grip and go with super big feet and rev to 7500rpm in all 3 gears. Would eat most little turbos in a straight line and could fit 8 people. Pity it was hungrier than me ha ha was a choice of petrol or more protein for me-the car lost that battle.:D :D :D

Hatebreed has some good heavy tunes for training. There are some others I listen to like Superjoint Ritual. I find that I can only listen to this stuff on the way to the gym and while training. On the way home I have to listen to something mellow so I can get my shit back together.

Check out Mastodon- Capillarian Crest. Buried at Sea is another heavy band.

Dance music is for the club not the gym. ANyone that listens to it while they train should be slapped with a limp wrist.

LOL

Sanctus mentioned Slayer, here's a great old one! I'll dedicate it to TP, since he wants me to die. :p

"Kill Again" by the true kings of speed metal: Slayer!

Or at least listen to Chevelle even though it's not HEAVY Meatal...I love Chevelle!

I had to post this one for the serious hardcore metal fans:

"Through the Eye of Terror" by Bolt Thrower

They are the band that in the late 80's took metal into the depths of seriously hardcore, grinding Death Metal. Though their lyrics were militarily inspired, their sound ushered in the age of true Death Metal (Morbid Angel, Deicide etc...)

VERY influential band in hardcore.

This song is just extremely heavy. At a minimum, at least listen from 3:20 into the song through the end, truly crushing metal my friends.

Had to put this Bolt Thrower tune up after hearing the one from last night.

One of the heavier songs of the Death Metal genre to date. The beginning :58second intro sounds like a heavy metal funeral procession straight from Hell itself. Classic brutally heavy Bolt Thrower finish from 3:28 to the end, complete with some serious head banging material to boot !
