Painful Testicle

No pain at all. Spent some special time with the wifey both Friday and Saturday night and it didn't hurt or aggravate it a bit.

The reason I ask is because I had blood in my semen first, then a few days later I had green semen. It was an infection. The script knocked it out.

@A50# , hey buddy, just saw this. Hope you're on the mend. I didn't see the entire thread but hope you got some antibiotics. You likely have an infected testicle. Nothing to play around with. Hope you're well! Happened to me and got a Zithromax 3-day Dosepak. Killed the infection. If it ruptures it could go systemic (sepsis) and on top of that you could lose that testicle. I'm quite attached to my boys.

Happened to me a year or so ago and thought it probably was epididymitis(infection). Started Levaquin and slowly got better over the next several days. Could be something else, but if you have antibiotics on hand you might as well try that first.

Just a quick update. I was diagnosed with something called Hydrocele. Its about 95% better now. Used Ibuprofen or Aleve when needed, soaked in a cold pool, and switched to tighty whitey underwear for some support.

A hydrocele (HI-droe-seel) is a type of swelling in the scrotum that occurs when fluid collects in the thin sheath surrounding a testicle. Hydrocele is common in newborns and usually disappears without treatment by age 1. Older boys and adult men can develop a hydrocele due to inflammation or injury within the scrotum

ive had painful balls . and the pain shoots up into my abdomen a line of pain one nut at a time tho.
goes away after a day.

We will just assume and guess. If it doesn’t go away when you’re reading my post; I’d go to the ER. They take this stuff seriously.., a quick ultra sound will tell you what you need to know.
