Using the same PCT I've used for the past five years: 20mg Nolva daily and Aromasin 5mg EOD. In the past (5-10 years ago), used to use Clomid and Arimidex to good effect, but I like the faster rebound and less emotional swings with the Nolva route.
Situation is that after my latest cycle (Jan through July, 3 months bulk followed by 3 months keto diet; strictly omnas/cyp and the occasional drol before my workouts 3x per week -- don't worry, liver values are fine in my bloodwork) the PCT causes my estrogen to fall hard and I lose a lot of water. In fact, I am so vascular during my PCTs, that many think I stay in photo/contest shape for weeks even though it's just the 6 weeks of PCT combined with the left-over RBC effects of the anadrol...
Anyway, maybe it's my age catching up finally (33), but this time my joints are on fire. I try my hardest for fight against every strength decrease after I come off which helps me retain size. This time, it's killing me. Front squats cause my knees to crack and hurt with every rep. Elbow pain on every decline bench and shoulder press. Even back rows cause shoulder soreness.
Elasti-joint is being used, and I'm on creatine, but any other ideas other than dropping the weights (and losing mass more quickly) or lowering doses (and prolonging the time it takes for my test to rebound?). Deca is not an option as I need to be clean through January.... Thanks in advance guys.
