I haven't ever in my life eaten so many fruits, veggies and nuts. I crapped 4 times last night.. I think the diet fits my lifestyle very well though and it is very healthy at the same time.
I notice when I eat steak, or chicken, I get gassy, not from the fruits and veggies tho. I've been eating tons of fish, crab, shrimp, LBA's and no gas.

I try to get the latest info on diet trends, to keep in mind that our goal is to be BIG, muscular AND under the umbrella of longevity.......which is a dicohtomy......but with innovative thinking can be done......you know, tight skin, muscular, attractive............and 100 years old, hahaahhahha
That's they key to success! Wading through and gleaning new ideas from all of the new information while building on the foundation of what is tried and true. As for the frequent bowel movements all that can be said is "better out than in."
