Here's a quick snap from Monday.

I'm lightening up a bit for the summer heat & humidity here in Tokyo.
Just pulling back on food a little bit and now at 218 (I'm 5'8" BTW).

Moderate carb cycling (450 on "high "days, 200 on "low"), protein about 225g.
1 250mg testoviron depot per week with 40mg Anavar per weekday.

Still training modified DC style, A/B split 3x a week.
