Achieving that at 6'5" tall is quite an accomplishment IMO. Not easy. Will anyone there be able to take pictures of you onstage? I'd like to see how the show goes!

I ordered pro stage pictures, but those won't be ready probably for a couple weeks.

I have a bunch of people coming, so will get one of them to try to be sneaky and record it on a go pro. 2019 when I competed, they almost got kicked out for taking pics. Its silly, because I paid for pics, so it's not like I'm ripping them of, but understand it's a business for them and their point of view.

I will snap a couple pics in the morning after getting tanned and will post them up.

what are you eating for the carb sources?

Carb sources are cream of rice, basmati rice, rice cakes, air fried potatoes. Pre workout and post workout there was always a bit of sugar junk like pop tarts, so had one today. 90% its clean.

Its almost 7pm right now, been slamming water all day, woke up weighing 239.0 and now with 500g carbs down, I'm actually 238 lbs. Lowered protein today, only at about 150g right now. This probably helped with digestion, bloating.

Made weight at 184, 5’8ish , one 1/2 liter post weight in

Had 3 bagels, 2 servings of cream of rice; Rice Krispies
mixed in
I just shut water down; half a dyazide.. getting drier I type this.. posing between meals.
Going for burger and fries at 11, then slight shit load through the night with pop tarts, bagels and muffins..

lol I learned as long as you don’t drink water; your body will soak it up .
Classic physique. I was 196 peak week.. I dropped a lot since then. Back to 190-192 hopefully

Yep , that is what is always the protocol

Was actually talking to another competitor in my gym. First time he competed with coach . Coach tells him to get a burger and fries w/ ihop pancakes night before the show. Competitor said he was pissed lol but did it. Won that show in his category(Masters physique)

It does work.. not for everyone but you gotta try it. especially when you only have a short amount of time to slam carbs in

I only have all night and show at 9, usually I don’t touch food 3 hours prior to stage
 
Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Drink it tomorrow, wait half hour and do the same quick pump up I would if I was about to step on stage and see what happens.

Bathroom lighting , the best lighting. Chest and triceps today. Feeling dryer than usual. Show is coming up in November and hopefully if all goes well I can do it(Physique)

Incline bench (barbell) has been my go to but its not really helping with my lack of upper chest even though I have a good connection. Seems to be improving my delts lol
