189lbs 4wks out a year ago vs 205lbs now.

Plan is to push until September upwards 215lbs hopefully in a reasonable quality. Then cruise until December and then the prep for LHW starts. Should compete next April.

Was classic a year ago, my weight cutoff was around 186 and i weighed in at 184. I think 195lbs comp weight should be realistic by then

High days are 1100g right now.
I try to keep it clean, non sugary, for 80% of it. Mostly rice based products. Any sugars are juices or dried fruit.
