[ame=http://youtu.be/vTTVm6wX3Hk]Kevin OAK 2,002.5 Lb Total Raw w/Wraps at 233 lbs. 908 Kg @ 106 Kg - YouTube[/ame]
Finally had that competition I was talking about a while back. "I broke 2,000 lbs which was my goal and ended up being a 96 Lb overall PR. On squats I was having issues keeping my hips under the bar. When I was bottoming out the bar would bounce / roll up my neck pushing my shoulders forward making my hips shoot back so I only ended up going 1/3. Bench press went well, ended up going 3/3 hitting a 15 Lb meet pr which got me back in the game and kept me on pace for 2,000 lbs. I ended up breaking 2,000 with my second attempt on deadlifts, so on my third attempt I went for 772.5 lbs roughly 350 kg and couldn't get past my sticking point. Overall it was a success, my progression has been great over the last year competing I can only imagine where I'll be 1 year from now."
Check it out, hit me up with any lifting questions.
