It has a very benifical effect on cholesterol, meaning ldl, hdl, triglycerides and total cholesterol.


I naturally have lower cholesterol with high hdl (around 65-70) and low triglycerides and ldl. No family history of a heart attack or clogged arteries or whatever. My grandparents have other health problems instead.

Looks like it doesn't do too much for hdl specifically but I will be interested to see what my hdl looks like in a few weeks because I started taking 5mg for heart protection and also at the same time switched up my fat source from whole eggs to macadamia nut oil to try and raise hdl (nebivolol for heart macadamia for hdl - both unrelated to each other).
