1. Humanofort= 2 caps a.m, 2 caps p.m
2. Vitavault= 1 pak with meal one
3. Synthergine= a.m and p.m
4. Synthetine= 2 times a day
5. Synthelamine= 2 times a day
6. Whey protein Isolate from true protein= 2 scoop am, 1 scoop post workout
7. LBA= between meals, before training, during training, post training
8. Vitamin C sustained release food base= 1 gram a.m, 2 gram pre-training
9. Sorenzyme= 2 caps before every solid meal
10 Probiotics= 6 caps a day
11. Resveratrol= 200mg a day
12. Antioxidant champion nutrition= 2 tabs a day
13. EFA Lean= 6 caps a day
14. Glutamine= 5g pre-intra and post
15. Glycerol= 2 tablespoon pre, intra and post

Of all that, I just take Humanofort and TPs CFM.
Might want to look into MGs Powered Muscle for Pre Intra and Post workout

Honestly, I think it looks good. I just couldnt pop that many pills a day.

personally i wouldnt say its all garbage, but u do realize sizeone will take care of your creatine needs right? also, personally i only take NOW ADAM multi, fish oil, digestive enzymes and probiotics (when i remember), cissus rx (joints) and i havent seen any difference from when i used to take shit loads of other stuff like vitamin c and various other shit. just keep it SIMPLE. if you're eating right theres really no need for alot of other vitamins (just my opinion tho).
 
Wow, that's a 'honey-do' list. Very expensive looking. Reminds me of my teenage years...about the same time my gains stunk...weird. I'm 34 now, I take 3g Vit C and eat food and guess what I make gains...go figure? To be honest I like the list, but how do you know what your body responds to?

the suppliment industry is a billion dollar industry. they spend millions on marketing their products that they cant scientifically back up. 99% of them are garbage. probiotics are great. creatine is good. glutamine, over rated. whey protein is good, but what brand and what do u mix it with? mix ur whey with almond milk and u'll get all the antioxidants u need. i think everything else is un-necessary. a clean diet will provide u with everything u need...IMO
 
No expensive at all...im a sponsor bodybuilder in the company i work for here in my country.
I know the diet is the most important part, i have that part cover, and pretty soon it would be a lot better with the help of Phil.
The Whey i use is the isolate from true protein, but is not my main protein source, i eat all kind of protein, including a little soy protein.
Im just curios..because in the past i use very little supplements, and Know i have access to all of that, and want to Know your opinions.
So far i have 3 years using LBA, and i like it a lot.
Humanofort for 4 months now and i fell i can sleep a lot of better
The Synthetek products 7 days so far and now im hungry all the time
Any other suggestions ?

lot of good stuff.....BUT I WOULD HAVE TO WEAR A DIAPER!! THERE IN NO WAY MY GUT COULD TAKE ALL THAT!!:D
 
You can get most of those through whole foods anyways (kefir ring a bell for you). Its a really naive approach to think you can get all the necessities through tablets/pills. We dont even fully know whats in veggies and fruits and meats that make them healthy for us. We're discovering new compounds/structures everyday. How could a pharmaceutically produced tablet replicate what you get in a flower of brocoli or 8oz of grass fed beef? It cant and it wont.
