5 WEEKS IN TO MY DVD WATCHING TEST E 600 AND MAST 300.....
HERE IS MY FOOD INTAKE

MEAL 1..
8 TO 10 EGG WHITE WITH ONE WHOLE EGG AND A CUP OF OATMEAL

MEAL 2...
ONE CAN OF TUNA WITH RAW OATMEAL ON TOP OR 8 TO 10 OZ CHICKEN BREAST WITH A CUP OF GREENS

MEAL 3..
TWO TRUKEY BURGERS AND ONE CUP OF GREENS

MEAL 4 PER GYM..
ONE 8 TO 10 OZ CHICKEN BREAST WITH ONE CUP OF GREENS

MEAL 5...
10 OZ T BONE WITH A CUP OF MIXED GREENS

I DONT LIKE TO EAT PASSED 8......BUT NO MATTER WHAT I EAT DURING THE DAY I AM HUNGRAY LIKE 1/2 HOUR LATER....

I WANT TO UP THE TEST TO 900 TO BE LEANER...BUT NOT SURE

goal is to try and lean out i am around 265 right now....been in the gym for almost 15 years...i have too much mass right now..

Why dont you hire people like Alex Azarian, Shelby, Mountaindog, Chris, Phil etc to help you with the diet?

at a glance:

1. Your meals are very inconsistent. Meals 1 and 2 look to be about 30-35g protein each, and meal 5 is maybe 60-80g protein depending on if you're measuring raw or cooked weight.

2. Not enough overall calories to support your size.

3. Not enough quality fats in your diet (this is related to number 2).

I would add in some good fats...I use brazil nuts, walnuts, almonds, flax oil, olive oil, primrose oil, cagefree eggs.

Fats help me feel 'satiated'.

so you wanna lean out and are only doing 45mins of cardio 2 days a week? What intensity is it at? At least tell me youre doing it in the morning on an empty stomach... You cant count on drugs to do ALL the work for you
