~10g Glutamine

Id figure most everyone here takes one!
If Im using insulin I do that first; 5-10min before the drink.
I use 2 scoops weight gainer (mix of maltodex and dextrose plus some whey) and 2 scoops whey isolate. Plus glutamine/creatine.

Yeah figured everyone does to, that's why I asked, wanted some more input that I was getting elsewhere.

|--[\\\]>----------- I use this product called Endurox. it has 50g of carbs and 18g of protein. then i add 2 scoops of Designer Whey to it as well, making it over 50g of protein total. the stuff tastes like kool-aid, comes in lime, orange and friut punch flavors.
