How long are the raw powders supposed to be good for. Also, should they be kept in a refridgerator if you aren't going to mix them anytime soon?

Keep it in the freezer, liquids kept in the fridge.

Expiration could be extended if it is kept in a proper fashion.
To fully know how pure is it, is to send it to a lab.

As long as it is a cool dry place out of sun light they will last for years. Research labs don't put there chemicals in refrigeretaion and continue to use them for years if needed.
