here the actual cycle
1-10 primo 400 ew
1-12 prop 50mg a day
1-12 50mg tren a day
diet
1 whole egg 3 whites, 2 peices of wheat bread, protein shake
pb and j sandwich
protein shake w/ some penut butter
lean hamburger meat one piece of wheat bread
protein shake
can of tuna
can of green beans throughout the day
might try and up the serving sizes and make it a lean bulk, but if i cant will just keep it a cutter.
wieghts and cardo 5 times a week cardo 15 minutes or 20 a time
but do u think i should keep the primo in there or save it till i can get some more.
