going to run a cutter this summer w/ primo got enough to run
weeks
1-10 primo 400 ew
think this is good or should i get some more
going to be running test w/ it to
 
I'd add some Test 250-500mg/wk. Possibly even some Winstrol.
 
Cutting

What is your diet & cardio routine like?
 
here the actual cycle
1-10 primo 400 ew
1-12 prop 50mg a day
1-12 50mg tren a day

diet

1 whole egg 3 whites, 2 peices of wheat bread, protein shake
pb and j sandwich
protein shake w/ some penut butter
lean hamburger meat one piece of wheat bread
protein shake
can of tuna
can of green beans throughout the day


might try and up the serving sizes and make it a lean bulk, but if i cant will just keep it a cutter.

wieghts and cardo 5 times a week cardo 15 minutes or 20 a time

but do u think i should keep the primo in there or save it till i can get some more.

What are your stats? Height, Weight, bf%? Just doing quick addition in my head, I think the cals and protein would be WAY to low. How about past cycle history? Those compounds are a little serious for that few calories. To me, with that diet it looks more suited for a simple ECA stack with lots of cardio to lose fat.
 
not very much food, at least use ezekiel bread, I would have protein, fats and carbs combined equally at all meals.

You are starving yourself bro. If you are serious about getting into shape, hire someone to help you with your diet. You are going to be eating more than you think and even then it will seem like it wont be enough food. There are some guys on the board that will get you great results and it will be worth every penny.
 
those protein shake are naked protein, not the best but have 500 caleries just in that. so thats 1500 in protein shakes right there drinking around 4 of them a day right now costing me around 12 dollars a day. :eek: in
Anyway that is basically my diet right now but 4 shakes and bigger portions at each meal.

Right now i am 195 with a would guess around 11-13 bodyfat. This is my 3rd cycle in 2 years and i have one month left. Going to about March 13ish, and will start back up in Mid to Late June.
Because my bottle were underdose:mad: this is only a 10-11 week cycle of
test c = 500 a week
tren e= 350 a week

First cycle was just var at 170 ( should of waited to 180 but what the hell im 29 years old right now) got me to about 175

2nd prop= 350 1-8
tren ace= around 350 a week
got to 185

3rd at 195 today want 200 and them lean down to 195 190 @ 5'10 that will be good for this summer. Next is a different story ;)

now i take it that is alot of gear to be running a by point in the game so what would u guys suggest do the primo or tren
 
Comparing Primo and Tren is like comparing apples and oranges. 400mg/wk of Primo isn't really anything considering how mild it is while the tren is a pretty harsh substance. I think the whole thing is misguided.
 
totally agree w/ ya, me personally i love tren but never tried primo. I know it is a weak steroid from what i have read. Fuck it im keeping it the way it is. :D
 
go with winny/tren/prop ... forget about primo ... it's trash especially if you are running it with tren ... you said you are 29, so save the money from the primo and go on a low dose of GH for the cutter ...
