Prolactin reduction alternative

Now im in no way suggesting you do any of the following but I recently had great success in reducing my prolactin levels naturally. I was strapped for cash and got burned from a sponsor some time ago. Prior to this I developed some gyno related to prolactin. Im not familiar with dostinex, but hearing from many peoples first hand experience, alot of the side effect I wanted to avoid. In my eyes the less drugs the better (some of my cyles may seem hypocritical at times). Bottom line i decided I didnt want to add anymore drugs to the already plethora of shit I take. I did lots of reading and dosing Vitamin B6, small doses of St Johns wort, and ginseng...ive reduced the lump in my chest to about 90%. If Anyone has questions of dosing just send me a PM. I just felt I should post this to let others know there are other options available. Again I would not recommend doing this protocol while taking NPP or tren obviously. To each thier own.

I only use Vitamin B6 in the form of P5P. It's worked for both moderate to high doses of deca and tren. 100mg twice a day. It's recommended to use P5P to avoid possible unwanted side effects that can happen with higher doses of B6.

p5p supposed to work, never ha tests on it . l dopa 99% works as well. mine was at 30 something , started l dopa 99% and tested out as 5

Yes how do you know it's prolactin and not from e2, do you have labs? Bubba asked about ED being helped from b6 and I can say I took 100 mg of b6 in the p5p form when I assumed I had prolactin side effects and had noticeable improvements to sex that day so imo it can work. Plus studies show it does work to reduce prolactin. I am still recovering from some nasty npp sides.

Never heard of P5P, I had no idea it was strong enough to use on cycle. As far as labs are concerned it was not my e2. I suffered no other symptoms other than a small mass in my chest. I was going to purchase some LDopa but it wasnt available at any retail near me. I looked at several places. Alot of this stuff I would have to do a couple google searches to get a grasp on promoted benefits.

This Agnus Castus is also new to me.

No.

In fact, it seems to have the opposite effect (IV route).

Abstract
One of the major biochemical effects of d-amphetamine is the release and uptake inhibition of dopamine (DA). We measured the effect of d-amphetamine upon prolactin release which is inhibited by DA and stimulated by serotonin. d-Amphetamine (20 mg i.v.) significantly raised the serum prolactin levels of drug-free schizophrenic patients over preinfusion levels and levels following a paired placebo lactose infusion. Amphetamine infusions were repeated after both chronic DA blockade with pimozide and after chronic lithium treatment that has been reported to attenuate amphetamine effects. These chronic pretreatments did not prevent significant increases in prolactin following d-amphetamine infusions. Pimozide raised preinfusion prolactin levels but lithium had no effect. Further studies are needed to clarify the d-amphetamine-induced rise in prolactin.
