Prone to acne...needs opinions.
What do you bros think would be good for someone who is prone ( but not terribly bad) to acne should take? I've heard about alot of ways. I want to see some opinions from all you guys. I am starting 1st cycle very soon (consists of deca and sust and proviron for 10 weeks). I think acne will attack pretty bad if I don't prepare for it, since I do get acne just training naturally).
So any CHEAP tips and tricks would be appreciated.
B-5 is the only thing I have decided to take with the future cycle. But nothing else, and I'm against the idea of taking accutane...can't afford it and it will damage my liver (what I hear atleast)
opinions?

Here are a couple of things that should help:
1.Tanning or natural sun, if you live near a beach?, salt water and some sunshine will do wonders!!
2.Shower at least two or three times a day with Anti-bacterial soap
3.Drink plenty water, water will do wonders as well!
4.Use some type of facial cleanser that doesn't contain oil, try something like St. Ives tea tree facial cleaner (Clear Pore Cleanser)
5.Shave frequently and after you shave use St. Ives Medicated Apricot Scrub (For Acne Prone Skin) it will help get rid of dead skin cells, which can lead to bacteria, which then leads to new zits!

Retin-A gel always works pretty good for me when I get a flare up after or during a cycle. Cheap and effective...and it won't freak out your liver and mind like accutane (at least that I'm aware of). Other than that, I agree with the tanning and water. Good Luck!

acne...uhhhggg
I use 6% benzoyl peroxide and differin gel on my skin alternately. Both are prescription from the dermatologist. Results have been pretty good (I think the benzoyl is better than the differin) and it has mostly (~85%) cleared up my back and chest.

acne
acne is caused by germs benzol peroxide kills them but it can be harsh on the skin and even make acne worse in some cases, try to just use 1 product for acne. Not oxy soap, oxy pads and oxy cream for example, you won't have a face left.
don't scrub hard, this will break the skin and increase chance for infection and don't use harsh soaps. a good rule of thumb, if a baby can use it it's gentle enough and pretty close to what a derm dr would tell u to use.
if u do get an infection get antibiotics right away, Erythromycin or Tetracycline are a choice, u can order them online all over w/out a script.
there are other gentler topical products then benzol p, but you'd probably have to have an acne prob 1st b4 u could get a script.
http://www.medicapharma.com/Acne/acne.html -no scrip needed
if u need to know how to take a antibiotic email me and I'll look it up.

GET MSM
at Vitamin world or some health store. It will boost your immune system to prevent the toxins from entering your blood stream. 6000 mg a day will work.

I gotta say that some of what Vein posted might actually increase ACNE....Because you are drying your skins out, it will in fact try to produce more oil...
My suggestion...Oral vitamin A.....Normal daily cleansing routine that you currently use...Shower after workouts...use a Non-comedogenic (won’t clog pores) moisturizer....possibly an oral antibiotic such as tetracycline...or whatever the dermatalogist would suggest...

I appreciate all the advice. I agree with you Ernie. It's seems that the more I apply things to my face the more irritation occurs and the more oil is produced. For me, my face seems to be less oily when I just wash my face two times a day compared to when I am using Acne free soap, or any other thing.
