proper synthol dosing

on the synthetek site they give different dosing regimines. one is the one i usually see posted which is 1ml for 10day,s 2ml for 10, 3ml for 10.

then they give one where it is 1ml EOD for a week, 2ml EOD for a week, 3ml EOD for a week, 2 weeks off and repeat.

WHich of these is better for a first time synthol user? I am looking for long term permanent gains, not something for an upcoming contest.

ive used it first way described and after 3ml/head it was too much i stuck with 2ml's and got good results..

just be observent with ur body, if its very difficult to push oil in its prob overfilled and you should cut back...
