pros - diet help PLEASE!!
I am 6ft 228 lbs at 12% bf. I've been dieting for about 4 weeks now and I'm not really seeing much happen. I'm doing 30 min 3X week on the tredmill and my food breakdown is: 380g protien, 250g carbs, and 40g fat (I'm really carb sensitive). I don't know if I'm just holding some water still or if I need to uo the cardio or what. I've been cutting cal by 200 every other week but I'm starting to get desperate. This is my first time to try and get really shredded . . . I NEED HELP. FYI- i'll be switching to fina, anavar, winny, and masteron in a week and also start cytomel.

You should have ben on T3 and other cutting compounds right from the start. Don't cut calories as that is not important. Cut your carbs gradually, while you keep fat's low (only essential fats) and have protein high. Also, do the cardio every day. You won't lose muscle if you are on gear and your protein is sky high.

Standard carb cutting is - 300g/d for 2 weeks, 200g/d for 2 weeks, 100gd for 2 weeks - then depending how lean you are, you either go on 0g carbs or 50g or 100g, etc.

You only need 14 weeks if you are 30% bodyfat.

Generally 9 weeks i splenty. 8 weeks in the above regime, folowed by one week of carbs and finetuning. If you are fatter, then after 8 weeks, stay on 100g of carbs for the rest of the time.

9 weeks on 0 carbs?? GOOD LUCK!!hehehe I have found that no carbs for me makes me shitty looking and usually on deplete days I have 100-150 grams and on carb up days like 500-600. But, like Big A I do taper down till I am only on 100grams of carbs then I start w/ the staggering.

NO!
I said 9 weeks of DIET - 300g for 2 weeks, 200g for 2 weeks, 100g for 2 weeks, 0g for 2 weeks, then 1 week of carb loading = 9 weeeks. Not 9 weeks of 0g carbs!

as far as the T3 . . . i've been playing around with it the past couple weeks ( 3 or 4 days on the weekend & off the rest of the week) to see how my body reacts to it. I've never used T3 before. I know that Raver says it's no prob to stay on like 9 months out of the year, but we all know he's pretty nutts . I'm wondering how much and how long I should do it (safely) considering it will be my inagural run. My bodyfat is REALLY stubborn so I'd like to stay on year round but I always hear 6 weeks or so is the norm.

I use the four day carb rotation diet and it works wonders for me.

Day 1 High Carbs, Moderate Protein and low fat

Day 2 Moderate carbs, moderate protein and low fat

Day3 Low Carbs, High Protein and low fat

Day 4 Low Carbs, High Protein and low fat

Repeat Cycle. Just a different opion guys!!

Hell, I'm not a Pro, nor will I ever be, but I use "Carb depletion" on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday rotation and I get very lean, very fast. I have actually been able to prepare for a show without doing much cardio at all (I hate it)

As BigA said, keep your fats very low and protein very high. I am very carb sensitive, also, so I have better luck controlling carb intake than overall caloric intake.

I'm 22% bodyfatt at 5'10" and 228 lbs
I stil think i ned my 14 weeks,but i wont go under 100g off carbs then!

To Bishop, I like to use T-3 during offseason at 25-50mcg a day Mon-Fri. I do this for 6 weeks on and like 3-4 weeks off. When dieting I will use for 16 weeks straight ED and I have always been fine.

I use the T3 and Clen together. I start at 80mcg/d Clen for the first week. Second week 160mcg/d clen. Third week I add 25mcg/d T3. After that I keep the clen at 160mcg/d and every week I add an extra 25mcg/d T3 until one week before the show.

Don't sweat the t3, i started at max dose of 200mcg per day, and hold there until i get where i need to be, then taper off, usually in 50mcgs drops every 3-4 days. So far no problems. Current current cycle i will be one 200mcgs for about 14 weeks, i also like 25-50mcgs during bulking, keeps bloat down a bit, and help keep fat away from slin useage.
