Bumping this thread. I ate waffles 80% of the mornings pre-contest, using these ingredients.
2 Scoops Whey
4 oz eggwhites
2oz applesauce
2 to 3 oz Cottage Cheese
2 tsp Splenda
A bit of cinnamon.
Tablespoon of Almond Butter spread on waffle, with sugar free syrup.. These also make good pancakes as well.
Cottage cheese in pancakes or waffles. How can that be good.

How does that recipe make pancakes. Sounds like something is missing. That's all the ingredients.
You can actually buy the mix now the product is called 'mancakes' yeah yeah dont get me started with the homo jokes on the name- my friend brought some back and she cooked me up 3 of the flavors, those joints were good.
They have substantial protein in them, one mancake ought to be enough for most.
There are a few out... Man cakes, flapjacked, met-rx, quest (the protein bar company), chef Jay's... I haven't tried any of them. I just use gluten free pancake mix and add some whey isolate
Tried the Met-rx, they are good but I still like to make my own.
