I get the shits from too much wheat (I eat a low FODMAP diet) and I can buy a good size box of gluten free mix for $3 and add in some egg whites and protein, presto
I can't justify paying that kind of price on tbd regular for pre made protein pancake mix
are you gluten intolerant or is it from the insoluble fiber?
i just blend up oatmeal or you can buy oat flour then add some applesauce, banana, vanilla extract, cinnamon and egg whites. i dont use whey anymore.
